FIND YOUR ANCHOR

Find your anchors this week. The truths and constants that will keep you steady as the wind blows against you.  The anchor might be a walk in the woods, a cuppie with a friend. Walking the dog or just taking some time to relax and destress. Give yourself permission to find your time and space, you deserve it.  We therapists are here for you at the clinic, and happy to help in anyway.  If we can’t help you, then we will sign post you to where you will be helped.
