RAMUNAS SADAS
Ramunas is a Sports Massage Therapist with a Sports Coaching and Development from Dundee and Angus College. Ramunas also has a Diploma in Sports Massage from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh. Ramunas incorporates various specialist techniques to treat his clients.
Ramunas has qualifications in Kinesiology taping, Peripheral joint mobilisation, sports taping. A client’s physical condition will be assessed to analyse problems and appropriate treatment will be planned.
Ramunas enjoys outdoor activities such as hill walking, running, outdoor training, mountain biking and camping. He is passionate about helping others achieve their goals, such as getting fitter, weight loss, pain reduction, improved sports performance. Each session will be tailored to each individual.
