supporting people to build their confidence,
increase self-esteem and decrease
stress levels. she has taught as a

Sports Massage from the highly respected
Western

What
is involved in a Swedish and Remedial
Massage Treatment?
Swedish Massage utilises four
basic strokes which are tailored to
each Part of the body. Swedish
is a hugely versatile massage treatment,
which can be adapted to suit the needs
of the individual. For example, it
may be deep and slow to encourage
total relaxation of mind and body
or strokes may be quicker and lighter
to invigorate you if you are feeling
sluggish.
Remedial Massage is designed to achieve
five basic aims: Reduction of pain:
an increase in range of movement;
restoring appropriated balance; the
enhancement of day-to-day performance,
and to reduce the risk of re-injury.
Penny aims to provide an excellent
massage service for each individual.
Treatments are tailored according
to the outcome each person wants to
achieve. Penny draws upon Swedish
and Remedial Techniques in all of
her treatments.
Penny also offers seated acupressure
massage at the clinic.
